the two speaking in this recording have been identified as COURTNEY WEBB and EWAN STEVENSON, the head scientist and CEO of AIRLabs.

1: Well, it's a child, we can't just-

2: It could be more than that. Every super kid we’ve got in here has dangerous potential, this one is no different.

2: It's for the safety of Utopia city. The safety of the whole goddamn country. Imagine if we let these… things out into the world. How high would the crime rates go? There's already enough of ‘em out there, we don't want any more.

1: A1 has no offensive capability, it's not a danger to society. Plus, the anomalies that haven’t been contained are a different problem entirely.
